Users must not:

- Submit confidential information they are not authorized to share.
- Upload malware, harmful files, or unlawful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to website, product, employer, candidate, admin, or API routes.
- Scrape, harvest, copy, or extract data without permission.
- Use TAPPHIRE for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, abuse, discrimination, or unlawful conduct.
- Interfere with website or product operation.
- Misrepresent employment, hiring, candidate, role, company, or compensation information.
- Use TAPPHIRE to make discriminatory, unlawful, or abusive hiring decisions.
Employer-specific rules
Employers must not post false jobs, misleading roles, discriminatory requirements, fake compensation information, unauthorized company profiles, or jobs they are not authorized to hire for.
Candidate-specific rules
Candidates must not submit false identity information, misleading credentials, unauthorized documents, or information they are not permitted to share.
Marketplace rules
Marketplace visibility should be used for legitimate hiring-related activity.
TAPPHIRE may restrict access, remove content, or review activity that appears unsafe, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with product policies.
Admin route boundary
Admin routes are internal only.
Attempting to access admin routes without authorization is prohibited.
Enforcement
TAPPHIRE may restrict, suspend, remove, block, review, or take other appropriate action against accounts, submissions, content, or access requests that violate this policy.
Reporting misuse
Misuse can be reported through the Contact or Request Access path provided on the website.
